Apparently the period cant bring me down coz i still lost 300grams 😊🤣 Suck it mother nature!!
PS im still hungry tho, so touchè.....😶😭
67.7 kg Lost so far: 19.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
