Membrey's Journal, 13 May 18

Finally I have managed to loose 30kg in under 6 months.I restarted this weight loss journey on 20/11/2017 at 122kg, today is 13/05/2018. I'm half way to my goal. I believe I could have hit this target sooner, but hey the going got tough, and I found myself cheating more than I should have. But I'm glad I'm still at it.
92.7 kg Lost so far: 29.5 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

@Ab_Tenzer, there isn't much to share really. All I did was follow 2 strict low carb diets. Cardiac arrest and GM diet. Took breaks and tried not to overeat during the breaks. It has been hard, but determination will keep you going. Good luck with your journey.

Wow, this is pure inspirational stuff. Keep going. Wouldn't worry about the trajectory slowing down though. That's probably better in the long run anyway.
