No real weight change because I haven't been eating well. I do feel ready to get back on track. I have not been keeping my food diary although last week I did IF. I have been getting headaches from not drinking enough water and stomach cranps from all the carbs. I am determined to get back on track this week so I went grocery shopping today and got myself organised. Here we go 👏👏👏
69.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
