Meal prep for the week!

I found 3 recopies I really liked. Bought all ingredients. Broke down eat prep for example - IO made chicken meat balls, sweet and sour chicken and grilled chicken (I eat a lot of chicken because my partner has gout) I then will prep my veg steam them etc. cook all your rice, couscous etc. then I dish it up in eat container, measuring cup sizes depending on my RDI. I have about 1/3 a cup of each cause my RDI is 1400 but my partner has a cup of each cause his RDI is 2600. It was a lot of work but was so worth it.

I love to meal prep too. it's so convenient.3 hours one day but meals and snacks taken care of the whole week. so worth it.

Holy smokes... you doing major mealpreps. You have space in freezer for all those or do you keep them in fridge and use before expired?

I keep them in the fridge. It's for my partner and myself so 5 meals each :)

I really need to start doing meal preps......so much easier, and to be honest, who has the time in the mornings before work anyway.
