I've gradually gained weight over the years and I would like to reach a more suitable weight for my height and frame (or close to it), also for health purposes to remain healthy in the long run. Ultimately I would like to maintain my goal weight in the future by adopting a more health conscious style of eating.

I think it is a lifestyle change and joining fat secret has been an informative experience teaching me to eat correctly by counting calories and staying below my recommended RDI and I've seen the proof in the scale.

I would like to wear my costume on the beach with confidence again :)
I'm now fitting into size 34 skinny jeans so that is a wonderful feeling!

Just got to keep going :)
