I had great intentions of doing more housework thanI actually got done today, but didn’t happen. It was 90degrees and the surf was calling me so off I went. Beach was awesome and the water felt so good.

I did do one thing this morning— I made home made cottage cheese. Didn’t turn out really good. It was the consistency of mozzarella, but it tasted good. Will try again with a different recipe. I love cottage cheese— a lot, but the sodium content is more than I want on a regular basis. Back to the drawing board.
