I would like to hear some opinions on fluctuation of weight. I know that you can fluctuate quite a bit by retaining water eating more salt ect. But I am getting a little discourage as my weight fluctuate to much in one week.
On Tuesday I was 67.9 then Wednesday I was 67.2 then Thursday I was 65.9 and Today 66.8. I am going to stop checking this and just weigh once a week. Was so happy on Thursday just to feel let done today. Can this huge fluctuations be normal. I am starting to think there is something wrong with my scale or my eating.

I fluctuate a lot too. I read somewhere that you should record your weight every day and work out your average loss per week. much easier to stay motivated
