200 calories , that is gooood. It's amazing what one can do with spices, back in the day when someone told you he/she is making a healthy meal. It used to involve everything steamed and bland. - Now you can still steam stuff or grill it, or braai it, or air fry it. Also marinating it in say spice rub or light sauce won't add 100's of calories (maybe 5 or 10 calories). Adding peppers or odd roasted veg just adds flavor. Looking good there.
