That looks good. What’s your blend of spices that you used? 

red chillies, garlic, lemon juice and blend in blender and smear on fish, meat, chicken gives food a whole new tantalising taste 

That sounds great. I use a lot of spice rubs for meat, fish and veg before roasting. They can transform food to another level completely.
