so cheated on Sunday and my body seemed to reject the carbs I put in have not even picked up a gram that's good but carbs like bread and and don't flow with my body my tummy decided to flush it out this I sat with a runny tummy yesterday didn't stop me from working out hard and stay on track its been longer than 5 weeks now and I've dropped around 2kgs hoping to be in my 80s by April namaste friends
