I'm demotivated today my loss is less than last week my weight is stagnant an. I'm gyming my ass off its been 5weeks I just don't get it I eat well under 1000 cal a day and I eat right what on earth is going on with me.... :-( lost only a few cm this week can anyone tell me why

Hang in there, this is not a sprint, this is a marathon, it's now when you feel like this when you must really go on and push through, make or break!

I know pffff I'm just sad atleast a few cm came off was gonna take the day off but now I am not gonna hit the gym thank u annelize I appreciate ur support

you are probably gaining muscle which weighs more than fat so it's fine as long as you are losing the centimetres I say go for it it means that you are getting there well done

i went through the same. your have hit a plateau. How i got through it was to shock my system. nornally this happens when you working out and yojr body is no longer unused to yoir new eating and activity.. which was what i had.

When this happend to me i dipped my calories. I began working on a defect of calories. So if i burned 1000 calories that day i made sure i ate only 600. Its hard, and your bodh hates it because your system goes into survival mode. Thinking you need the faf storages for living. Once that activates your plateau will break. I did it for two days and mine broke then i adjusted my diet to hold more protein that fat and carbs. Carbs is yoir bodys main source of energy. Thats what it prefers. Once you dont give it any then it enters survival and uses fat storage. I hit plateau at 77 kgs now im at 73. I ate steamed veg and plenty if water along with fasting to break throughh. Increasing my fast times from 16 to 18

I tried that and got sick from it I had no energy and felt like I was sick got dizzy spells and blood pressure problems

I think you eating too little and burning the little you eat so your body is going into distress and storing what it can. Hike up calorie intake on low fat fruits, vegetables & protein

Don't give up, just do it. Your calories is really to low, your body don't agree with you. Low calorie diet will always let you jojo. If you loose cm,s you have a reason not to be negative.

Good variety breakfast... I wouldn't mind for a breakfast like that tomorrow morning. PS. there's way to make things a little more tasty (half a teaspoon of steers bbq sauce with those mushrooms - just makes their taste pop a bit more. and doesn't really add much calories maybe 5. You can do that with any sausage or meatball too)
