cheat day actually not so bad 1500 cal for the day and kept it clean the guilt of even eating junk will destroy me....usually but find myself craving fruit and healthy food skipped gym today bleh

ja I didn't have allot yesterday had steamed rice with tai chicken curry but had fruit last night and im not happy today:-(
