I'm not sure why its my second week of eating well and gyming I'm feeling nausea and fatigue does anyone els have this problem or am I doing something wrong I eat around 1000 cal a day and gym 30 min every second day

are you drinking enough water? 1000cal is starving yourself

need enough protein as well when you gym, eat especially before you go and gym, I also find that eating a banana every other day before gym does the trick. eat carbs with breakfast and lunch, and no carbs after 4pm, drink alot of water and remember to have a recovery day after two consecutive gym days.

up those calories a bit to about 1400..... just a suggestion...

have you tried drinking game to restore some of the salts you have lost? especially when exercising on these hot summer days?

1000cal sounds a bit low for me when you combine it with a exercise program. I would also suggest you up it to 1400 at the minimum. Ensure you get enough protein
