BEFORE you open the link and see all those nuts 😂 here are my modifications: I do 3 cups of mixed seeds/dessicated coconut/coconut flakes. I use no nuts at all. I need to keep an eye on it then because it changes the cooking time a bit. I do close to a double batch and it costs me R90 for a months worth. R40 for 1kg mixed seeds R40 for 250g coconut R4 for about 60ml coconut oil some xylitol, cinnamon and salt.
for Breakfast I eat it with a tbs of peanut butter and boiling water or sometimes almond milk.
