Hi jashan r the watch is the Polar V800. It has a battery life of about a week when used in GPS mode. I am loving the information and flexibility of the watch.

awesome, got myself a polar m600, fantastic watch and monitoring app on my Samsung but battery life depletes fast if wifi and Bluetooth on.I used to used older polar heart rate monitor but the heartrate strap annoyed me.This one is not mandatory and is built Inn. I'm now contemplated for your polar module, but I have to purchase a mountain bike, but will see...

Great to see that you are challenging yourself in the gym, as for the sore butt after 60 years of cycling l still get a sore butt too lol especially if I have been of the bike for a week or so. It does get better the more you cycle.

Yeah I am loving my watch too. If you are not getting on with the chest strap, check out the new OH1 arm heart rate monitor from Polar.
