You can make your own...Just a tablespoon of parmesan cheese on parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Mine aren't very pretty, but are yummy.

I'm too lazy. I was going out for parchment paper so I can make these cheese crisps. But ended up getting the ready-made. The parmesan flavor is too strong for me, I'll try making it with cheddar next time :)

Horseshu, you are evil. I made these hundreds of years ago as a teenager, experimenting with different kinds of cheese and cooking methods. Some were better made on griddle. I'm supposed to be off dairy, and have not opened BH's package of pre-made cheese-only crisps. Oh, the memories, though! Don't know whether to thank you or curse you. ;-)
