Is that raw onion?

Nope, it's an amazing low calorie trick I've learnt. You just place a whole onion in the oven to roast for approximately 30 mins (no oil or dressing required). It caramalises in its own juices, and is low on cals - fantastic filling option

Yep, you eat it. It's like a braai onion, if you've ever had that? I just add a bit of salt and pepper to it.
