My running is getting stronger- I am craving less and less fatty food. I think the fact that I don't cut out bread and dairy helps a lot- I am eating the right type of both in my opinion- whole wheat, lots of seeds and no melted cheese.

I also find that my body responds well to not restricting carbs as much because I am getting the fiber that I need and reducing my cholesterol.

Water intake still a struggle- but atm I feel I am doing ok. Losing at a steady pace. Calories are a little over my Resting Metabolic Rate and I am burning more a day than that little bit that it is over. SCIENCE!!
