My weekend eating started off bad. Had toasted cheese and mushroom from Windmill on Friday eve 31/03. on Sat 01/04 was LJ's 1st birthday party celebration. Bought KFC sat eve & had the same food for breakfast on sun morning as well. bad bad bad 111 SHOCKER when i weight myself at gym on Mon 03/04 i have gained 1.5kg my weight at 117kg;);)!!! Getting back on track!!!! gym really well on Mon
