And then 5 days later I realised that I had updated the wrong weight. I was given false hope because I failed to read my analogue scale properly. My starting weight this year was 114 kg not 104. So disappointed.
But it's fine because I hv lost 4kg so far. Today is my day 5 on the GM diet.
