Yesterday was a bad day! But I am going to own it.
Not doing any exercise because of my daughter's birthday, then the baking and tasting....
I know that I don't do "off" days well. I need the structure of my whole days meals planned and packed the night before. So that is what I have to start doing 7 days a week.
