today and yesterday i was not able to stay in my deficit i worked about 13 hours yesterday and 11 hours today. i did not have time to cook and ate take out. im keeping myself accountable for it but not busting myself. i am human and ive been on a good path ill pick up right here and now and carry on had some lovely Italian pasta with feta bacon mushrooms and pepper dews toped with olive oil its a perfect way to end my week. my choices will be good this week to come and i choose to be positive about my weigh in on Wednesday
