1747 calories eaten today and let me tell you guys because i ate healthy and whole food i even had space for my 100ml of ice cream this is easy once you get the hang of eating clean not that ice cream is clean but it keeps me from reaching and binge eating its a lifestyle change for me and i must say i feel allot better aswell #accountability
