2.5 cups of Swiss chard, 1/4 disk of feta, 1/2 Avo, cucumber, 140 grams chicken fillet, 1/4 cup of sautéed Sliced celery in ginger for extra flavour. All dressed in 1/2 Tbs Chilli flavoured olive oil, lemon juice & 1Tbs baba ganoush. 💚
