66Pack, we have a range of ages. Some are older. We have 2 does with bad legs that have been around several years. No hunting on our property!

Hey sherrye you are the perfect person to share this with—a couple of hours from here is a place called ocean shores. The deer lay in the yard like big dogs and feeding them comes with a fine as given the wrong food can make them quite ill. However, my MIL had for many many years a house on one of the canals. The most beautiful view and deer many many deer in the yard like something out of a Disney movie. And yes, i gave them 🍎 apples and they would come right up to me. Sometimes we even had 7 or 8 at once, bucks, does and fawns. I miss that. Anyway, in the news yesterday was a video of a young buck waandering into the candy store down there and looking around till some tourist scared it and it ran away. You should google it. It’s adorable!!!! (Minus the tourists). I so love wildlife. Always gives my heart a lift.
