Leftover night—- soup made with rib eye steak pieces, leftover baked potato, fresh mushrooms and a packet of Knorr dry mushroom soup. OMG! was it good. I can’t even really do the calories on my soup because the entire package was in Polish. I ordered it from Germany. But it was delicious and I will make it again from fresh one day or not— leftovers worked just too perfectly.. I’m just calling it close enough for government work. It made 3 serving.

I need to try steak soup. Never have. It sounds awesome.

Morticia- a good, painless way to decrease your salt intake is to start using a MORTON Product called low salt or half and half— something like that. Anyway, it is half sodium chloride and half potassium chloride and you can’t tell the difference but you are greatly reducing your added salt content

You know the cheaper cuts are tastier when your doing gravy and soups.. steak actually is an unnecessary indulgence.

Bandai— this was all just leftover ingredients that I just threw together and made the soup with. I have sooo much ribeye in my freezer that I am bored eating it. I keep coming across these unbelievable sales for it.
