My dietitian challenged me to eat 4 cups of veg per day…that means 2 cups with lunch and 2 cups with dinner…😬 FYI this is what 2 cups of salad looks like! 🤦🏼♀️ (compared with half a cup of rice and 110gr chicken drumstick).

when I went to Brookdale for a week and attended healthy eating lectures they told us 1/2 your plate should be veg, 1/4 protein and 1/4 carb. this plate looks perfect!
