Shrewdness peanut butter pie in a smaller pie pan. Just enough for 5 reasonable pieces. The filling really tastes great. I used half SWERVE and half real sugar.

I better be one of the 5 pieces as I am headed right over. LOL. P.B. is one of my favorite things. I eat it daily!!

Morticia— the other thing you could easily do with this recipe is put the cracker crumbs in the bottom of a parfait glass, spoon the filling in and just lightly dust the top with more cracker crumbs.

I love Swerve. I always use it in place of sugar. I've tried others but Swerve is definitely the best.

Where SWERVE really shines is in bake goods. The product rises as it should and browns. For my diabet friends, it does not raise their blood sugar, so when I bake I always try to cut down on the sugar where I can. I also LIKE the Lakanto brand monk fruit. I really like their syrup for pancakes. And French toast.

Looks delicious! I like peanut butter but it's not something I ever crave. Give me a fresh strawberry or lemon pie any day!

This cream pie experiment has been fun, but these are not things I would make again. They all call for cool whip and that is just not for me

Kenna, I'd try PB2, Greek yogurt and either whipped cream or gelatin to get same taste combo and close to same texture. I love PB2 in Greek yogurt.

Katsolo— I use a powdered peanut butter and Greek yogurt in my lunch concoction that I eat every day. It really works well. I have one more Christmas get together this week, then a few peaceful evenings to recoup.. I have a fireplace but have never used it.
