I live in a relatively small condo complex (29 units) that only has a one way in/out access. This year, we have a bunch of little kids who live here—kindergarten, grade school. I already talked to most of the parents and they are excited to know that they can look forward to a safe place to let their kids have some fun. We will block off the entrance to the complex and screen who comes in by car. We will also do a food bar of some type so this would be perfect. We are all excited about this.
