day 4 of IF i am rocking it my body is adapting so well i getvtimes where i wanna give up but im sticking to this. was my birthday yesterday celebrated with a huge chicken salad and strawberry juice stuck to eating healthy no sweets no funny stuff even though my friend ate a tramazini and chips and had ice cream i was cool with what i had knowing my health is atvrisk if i consumed any of that stuff.day 8 on my atkins and going strong 💪 😊
