so hubby and my kids had pasta from romans last night i was working so asked for a chefs salad yes its high in calories after having it i was crazy and had a slice of tart.... today i worked out like a mad pig no more getting stuck im up i gymed and back on the right eating path i did not lose almost 5kgs just to go back to bad habits im doing so well ill keep it up!
