Chicken Marbella for dinner tonight. No recipe so just did an educated guess on the macros. Not over, but not much under either, Just about right to hit the RDI. I have to do that a lot because half the time I cook from a recipe and the rest of the time I just play it by ear. This turned out lucious though. Definitely a portion controlled meal.

Cooking by ear does make it more difficult to track. I have the same experience. I figure as long as I get it as close as I can, it'll work.
