GASP!!! I just hooked up with Dr Pepper zero sugar. And I am sure that is why I have been so lethargic recently. I should do the same ….

Fantastic! I finally broke it off with Diet Coke, and it's made a huge difference

Thank you everyone - It's only been 2 days (felt like more) and Dr. Pepper's Zero Sugar Cream Soda version tried calling me 3 times and I almost got back together but stayed strong. Congratulations @writingwyo & @tr3vi28. @Daddy Manatee, I never noticed anything before, but now that you mention it, I have had a lot more energy without DPZS... hmmmm... Let me know when you quit if your energy levels increase too. I'm curious.

I have given up soda many times. Each time I do I notice an uptick in my overall energy level. I am not as sluggish as when I drink soda.

It takes a lot of dedication and will power to give up soda. I’m going on 5 years with no soda.

I recall my son's consuming of so much cola. No wonder he was climbing the walls for a while, haha. And my brother, in his 20s as well. It can be truly addicting. I'm encouraged to hear of anyone breaking that!
