An epic burger, a massive bowl of ice cream, and a blueberry donut for dinner.

2080 calories for my final meal of the day. A great workout and 4575 calories consumed!

We’ll done Chris! 1200 is all for my day behind a steering wheel. Yes very low but too tired to even fire up the inverter to microwave something. Tomorrow is another day ✌️. Maybe even burger and eggs for breakfast. Looks good.

Drop into any IHOP, burger joint, or greasy spoon and load up on a burger.... split it in half to power you through the whole day! Them's is Dr. Chris' orders, sir.

my last bulk I was pushing down 4700 cal a day the last 2 weeks of mostly clean food. this would of made it much easier 🤤

I think I just gained 3 pounds looking at this picture 😆 I can eat 2400 in bacon and be fine, the sugar and carbs, instant bloat and aches

I remember a couple years ago thinking 2500 calories a day was impossible lol. Amazing how increasing intensity on workouts increases my appetite without increasing my waistline 🤔

When you eat so much, bloating cannot be pinched down to one cause lol. I think carbs are the least of my issues haha
