So I started the Chloe ting get fit challenge today...And wowza 😭😂 yoh it kicked my butt...I'm focusing on strength rn and walking for cardio...I atleast have my brother working out with me so that's a whole new experience. Looking forward to see what progress we both make.

Goodluck and God Speed! Chloe Ting does not mess around. I am often surprised that she is offering workouts online for free, because they really do work. She is excellent. I know it is hard, but keep pushing, you can do it!

Believe it or not, she becomes fun! You'll notice it in a week. Lol! I always have to pause her videos and just breathe. 🙈

@Ky Coombs, thank you... I'm gonna need all the encouragement I can get..I was consistent with chloe workouts once upon a time but yesterday I had to pause during the warm up 😂😂

Love her workouts! Finally got to the point where I could do all the exercises at her rate without taking breaks then I got sick last week 😆 I’ll be toughing it out with you soon 💪🏻😂✨
