I have spent so much time traveling back and for from my house to my sisters that I have had little time to do much else. The BF is trying to see that I have a hot, comfort meal when I get home. That can be interpreted as breaded shrimp, French fries and a big three flavor ice cream sundae. The only thing that saves me and keeps my weight in check is portion control . Wins every time. Now the nutritional damage is another story
