I synced Google fit to this app and having returned back to work this week; it is logging that I am burning more calories by walking than eating and I'm using in like -300 calories a day.... so do I need to up my calories or trust the app and hoogle fit sync?

I would only up my calories if I was feeling weak and not able to complete my exercise. Listen to your body. No need to up it, if you have plenty of energy.
