I added another 35g making it a total of 425 calories. I’ve been ignoring this craving for a few days now. I plan to burn the calories later at gym and I’ll also be doing a 5KM walk which helps me burn about 550 calories.

Just a tip, be careful of the amount of "calories burned" through exercise displayed by activity trackers. These activity trackers overestimate by a huge margin. I did 6.5KM last night jogging and my calories "burned" read 352. :)

You could be right, I compared calories burnt when walking on the treadmill vs the apps I use and they were far out.
