Post-workout meal for a day that ran outta time, so no workout happened... I'll just call it a "pre-bedtime snack" to fuel up for tomorrow I guess.

I wasn't about to miss out on this meal though - I live for my Monday and Tuesday meals!

One of my big ol' carne asada burritos, a couple shrimp tacos, and a megalithic choco flan as a palette cleanser.

700 calorie surplus today. I'll burn that off before I wake up in the morning 😂

I know for you and some others, this may seem like a big meal. I bet for many this is called lunch. A big part of the obesity problem here is no one knows what’s in their food and people don’t seem to care. Fat secret has helped me understand where the calories lie and how the kinds of calories help or hinder my body goals. P.S. I want that carne asada burrito! 😆

Yep, this is what parents and grandparents get kids used to from an early age. It's natural after a little bit. No dessert or food that fills your giant plate? That's weird.
