urg im getting sick of having to do this and just getting fatter.......

Unfortunately not all of us can eat 1800 cal even when we weigh a lot. And the more exercise you do. You can actually gain if you don’t eat relatively healthy. At least 80% clean and 20% treat. It’s not easy. I know. I’m struggling too. Try to up your protein. Change up your macros. Try aiming for 100grams protein. Healthy fats can be around 80-100grams and carbs you can keep them low during the week and weekends you can increase them just for 2 or 3 days max. Try 1500 during the week and 1800 on the weekend. It’s trial and error. Just keep changing it up. Until you see what works for you.
