made my decision: not doing Keto. I willing to give up 🎂 & cookies 🍪.as I side note: those who know me, know me as the cookie monster. I am willing to give all surgery and sweet tasting treats. but don't touch my fruit that's where I draw the line. I enjoy my fruit.. so I'll pass on the keto.. ✌🏾

Lol 😆 not a nock on keto I think it works for many people.. and done right looks fun.. but most fruits will put me over my daily carbs.. so I'll do a low carb high protein Mediterranean diet.. please keto-ians do be offended..

It worked for me for many years, but if the sweet treats are too tempting, you'll just be miserable. Besides, I thought you do strength training? If so, carbs make all the difference in the world for results - you won't have any issues as long as the sugars are used as gum fuel 💪

That's why I couldn't do keto. I did it for two weeks and lost 14 pounds but felt terrible only getting like a half cup of fruit a day was horrible! All the meat and meat products made me feel drained. There is a Daniel plan which is plant based that I liked but was hard to do going out with friends.

I ate low carb for a long time but just got boring. Now I have days that I eat low carb, high carb, no meat, lots of meat, etc...I just watch calories
