i smoke allot so im thinking of quitting ive been smoking 21 years.... mainly chain smoking for 11 any advice on keeping at good weight while stopping?

I quit about 4years ago. Our bodies become confused between hunger, thirst and wanting a smoke. So every time I craved I drank lots of water first. I also used Champax but that has it own Pro’s and con’s. Best of grace to you!
