Tried the One Juice 18:6 intermediate fasting juice for 3 days(26th-28th April) it’s 7 juices a day followed by one plant based meal at 7-8 pm. Checked the scale this morning...gained 1kg.
It’s probably been a shock to the system. Didn’t help me at all. 👎🏻😔

Juices can be incredibly high in calories and especially in sugars, a disaster for most metabolisms...What sounds sensible (juice is less satisfying than food so it must be good for weightloss) is actually not true at all. It would take you all day to eat the amount of fruit and veg that goes into 7 juices. You'd be full way before you could get those calories in.

Ah that is disappointing!! But as Binqa says, it’s all the sugar which will cause an insulin over load. I had the same problem once on a juice cleanse

The 7 juices was a total of 1000 calories per day. Mainly Apple Cider Vinegar, lemon, ginger and turmeric. Ah well...lesson learned.
