Sort of feeling defeated. Weight is going up and down. I'm keeping in a calorie deficit and I'm walking/jogging 5km twice a week with the pram in under 40 minutes and I see no change on the scale. I do feel a change in the way my jeans fits so there must be something happening. We dod measurements for my wedding dress this week... And I got biopsy results back and have to fo for a small procedure to remove everything. Its just been a rough week.

Keep going girl! It is so frustrating to not see the scale move in the right direction, but you are doing the right things, and the results WILL follow. Don't lose heart. We are all here doing it with you 😊

Don’t lose heart ❤️ I’m not sure how old your baby is not it’s hard to lose weight with a baby! The sleep interruptions they bring actually brings on a temporary insulin resistance (you can do some google research if you want) which makes losing weight much slower and harder. So don’t lose heart and keep doing the right things and bit by bit your body will follow

I had to have an endometrioma growth removed last year and it is stressful. Thinking of you

You’re probably gaining muscle, which has more weight per volume than fat. But if you’re losing centimetres and toning up, those are great results so don’t lose heart!

Weight loss is like that. Totally unpredictable and doesn't go in a linear way. So many factors to consider like hormones, water etc. Try take your measurements every few weeks and for the rest just keep doing what you are doing

You lost 5.5kgs in the last few months! You are doing great. Try and amp up your walking to daily 5km walks perhaps or a little farther on some days. Not all new mom's bodies lose the weight. Everyone's bodies are different and work differently after having babies. Be kind to yourself. Thinking of you with the cervical op, my sister had the same diagnosis, operation and another baby.

I feel for you. I am so sick of the scale. I took a break for a week and will start today again.

The scale is not always the most accurate measure of weight loss. You mentioned that the jeans are fitting differently... so you are probably losing weight. Keep going and all the best with your procedure ❤️

Hang in there Darling...I rather loos cm’s than what the scale dictates...it is how you feel when your clothes fit comfortably...it’s a great feeling...All the best for the next week🌹
