Due to my body healing up so well I was able to halve my chemo meds this week and down to only 100mg per day now. This is phenomenal and is as a result of using food as medicine for my autoimmune disease. My BP has come right now and is stable and my kidney function is also perfect (I have to test monthly). I have been allowed to re-start exercise this month too after not being allowed to since October last year. Feeling positive about my health and know that my body has got this 😍
