Easter weekend break is over, back on track again. I am not going to beat myself up over the gain. I will be back at gym tomorrow as I would like to lose at least 3 kilos before my birthday in May.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
