I’ve noticed you do cheese often - do you stick with goat’s cheese, or do you cycle through a variety?

Goats cheese is my staple but I do eat white cheddar, Edam, Mozzarella and Parmesan as well. Not daily but a bit here and there in the week. Milk seems to be an issue for me but cheeses in moderation don't seem to mess with ketosis for me.

@Neels, it is 90g of chicken sosatie, 1 cup baby spinach, 84g avo, x2 boiled eggs, 100g Garlic and Herb Chevin and 15ml Macadamia Nut Oil. @Tamplyn I also eat feta

The goats cheese is amazing, you buy it like that at Checkers, there are 3 varieties. I like that I can eat 100g with an OK amount of calories, nice fat/protein and no net carbs (of this one)

I wasn't allowed to exercise for the longest time due to having a horrible autoimmune disease. So my weight loss this far has been with 0 exercise, only diet changes. I have finally been told I can start so have started with HIIT exercises and yoga again from yesterday
