Got the recipe somewhere off the internet...it's 1 cup self-rising flour and 1/5 a cup plain yogurt. I used all purpose flour, didn't have self-rising and I did add a pinch of salt. Also, the dough can be a bit sticky, so I add more flour bit by bit until the right consistency is reached. I also flour my hands when I roll/ pat it out to form my pizza bases. Then I stick it in the oven to pre bake it a little before I add my toppings. I have used whole wheat flour before....works just as good and I have used self-rising flour before, but then instead of making pizza, I rolled out smaller balls, patted it a bit flat and baked it....the self-rising flour made it puff up and form a pocket, so I used it as mini pitas
