So I’ve been watching videos by Doc Eric Berg and I think I have changed my mind about fasting (especially when you’re overweight). I think this probably the best way to lose weight, difficult but it looks like it works and we all see plenty of success stories on here. I am not sure why my weight loss plateaued so quickly since I’m still overweight but regardless I’m not gonna think too much about it. On to the next one: intermittent fasting 16:8
Also wonder why other people don’t experience plateaus 🤔

I plateau quite a bit. I’m in one at the moment (probably a weight loss stall actually). I use this time to eat whatever I want, however, even this hasn’t helped as of recent as I have not drastically gained or lost. Just remember that slow is sustainable — having said that I think you’re doing great! 👍🏼

I've been on a plateau for what feels like forever! whenever I Plateau I just know its time to step it up or change something. I have cut out carbs Mon-Thurs and thats helped quite a bit.
I have been doing IMF since day one and its so much easier I feel. Eating nothing is much easier than nitpicking what you can and can't eat and just choosing the right thing to eat. I take my hat off for the dedication it takes to do Keto. I'd go crazy.

theres no best, just different. And be careful doc eric berg says a lot of things that is just factually incorrect.

I'm doing IF with an eating window of 4 hours. it's easier than you think hey, we are just conditioned to think we need to eat every few hours. I eat keto of 1400 to 1500 calories and it is the fastest easiest way I've ever lost weight in my life
