i don’t know whether to be happy or not because i’ve lost my appetite and haven’t had much except lot of alcohol lately but ig its a win

57.6 kg Lost so far: 22 kg. Still to go: 0.6 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.4 kg a Week
